Install instructions

File is a split tarball with xz compress (this is still windows)

Type this into command prompt: 

copy /b Changeling42923BUILD.tar.xz.1 + Changeling42923BUILD.tar.xz.2 Changeling42923BUILD.tar.xz 

then just decompress the file using 7zip or winzip.
